Services for C.U. Students
If you are arrested or receive a summons, you will be notified by C.U.'s Office of Judicial Affairs (OJA) to appear for a hearing to determine whether you have violated the student code of conduct. If so, you should strongly consider retaining experienced legal counsel to represent you, both in court and before the OJA hearing.
C.U. may impose sanctions, such as expulsion, suspension or probation, in addition to any penalties meted out by the court. In fact, it is not uncommon for C.U. to impose harsher sanctions than the court does for the same offense.
I am available to represent CU students both in court and before the OJA hearing. I provide these services for CU students at reduced rates.
