Services for C.U. Students
If you are arrested or summonsed, you may be notified by C.U.'s Office of Judicial Affairs (OJA) to appear for a hearing as to whether you have violated student codes of conduct. If so, you should strongly consider retaining experienced legal counsel to represent you, both in court and before the OJA.
C.U. may impose sanctions, such as expulsion, suspension or probation, in addition to any penalties meted out by the court. In fact, it is not uncommon for C.U. to impose harsher sanctions than the court, for the same offense.
I am available to represent CU students both in court and before the OJA.
And, I provide these services to CU students at reasonable, reduced fees.
