ATTORNEY PROFILE -- INFORMATION ABOUT FEES
MEMBER of the AARP LEGAL SERVICES NETWORK
As a former prosecutor with over 36 years of criminal law and trial
experience, I offer a unique understanding and perspective of criminal cases.
Quite simply....I know how the prosecution thinks and works!
I have trained prosecutors, defense attorneys, and police officers on every aspect
of criminal investigations and trials. As a former prosecutor, I have handled literally
thousands of cases...and I have personally conducted more than 100 jury trials.
I am confident that I can achieve the best possible outcome in your case.
I offer a free telephone consultation and, should you decide to retain my services, fair and
reasonable fees....I offer a sliding scale fee arrangement, based upon the needs of my clients.
For AARP members, and High School or College students, I offer a discounted hourly rate.
And, all work on your case, including research, motions, and court appearances, will be
personally performed by me...not by a paralegal, not by an intern, and not by a law student....
...of this, you have my assurance.
